Hotel is very nicely located by the lake away from city center. Spacies rooms and very helpful staff, as well as restaurant by the hotel make the place a good choice.

It was in a central setting near a lake right next to the trainstation. The twin room was a nice size and well furnished with great views, so that guests had essentials.

The close proximity to the port was convenient, the food was exceptional, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and I had a pleasant experience in the twin room.

My room was on the ground floor - lake view. Excellent! New furniture, big room with terrace. Good restaurant. Amiable and kind people.

Water from the shower is going all over the bathroom. If you want to use the wash-hand basin after, you are swimming in the water up to your ankles.

Good value: comfortable clean three star hotel at beautiful location ! - Location better then expected: excellent for car-travelers and good for others - it is just 200 m. from the train station and 300 m. from the bus station and the ferry terminal.

- The shower cabins do not have separate draining so in our bath a mini-flood followed after every shower. - No elevator available - therefore a little bit difficult for guests with more luggage on the upper floors. - Our rooms were at the last, second floor - they were fine but moderately claustrophobic with their sloping ceilings and only one small window . - Do not rely very much on the hotel restaurant - difficult to find foreign language speaking waiter; often overcrowded for wedding and other festivities; the cuisine is nothing special.

Friendly and helpful staff here! The location is super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the pier. 🌟

Very convenient for trains, buses and ferries, all walking distance away

Reception staff not very good at accounting. They were often hard to find, usually outside smoking!

Whatever you need is this well-designed and reasonably spacious room with a great view, quiet airco, as example. The location is great and fantastic, around 10-15 minutes walk from Muzeul de Arta Tulcea.

The place was gorgeous and outstanding, plus the air conditioning was nice and quiet. The location was simply amazing, right by the train station, which was super convenient. It had everything we needed. 🌟

The restaurant at Hotel Insula had very nice and helpful staff, and we both enjoyed amazing dishes. the location was great, with everything we needed just a short distance away.

The hotel offers an excellent food selection. the room is spacious and cozy, equipped with central heating, a work desk, and cable programming. the hotel is located in a beautiful and stunning area near the railway stations, a lake, and the waterfront in Tulcea. the staff is patient and accommodating.

This hotel is located on a small "island" linked to the "mainland" by an arched bridge, which was the best thing about this place. The rooms were fully equipped with basic amenities and had hot water available at all times. The location was great, as we could easily walk anywhere in town and also enjoyed walking/running around the lake for exercise.

The breakfast was not to my taste, with too many options involving eggs and meat.
